At The Wise Whale Project, we are looking for motivated individuals with a background or strong interest in marine education, natural sciences, wildlife guiding, environmental studies, or conservation.
We are especially interested in people who already have experience — academic, volunteer, or professional — working in environmental education, marine biology, ecotourism, wildlife interpretation, or related fields.
Working with us may include:
Guiding and interacting with guests in a professional and respectful way
Participating in cetacean observation and behavioral data collection
Assisting with photo-identification and research activities
Promoting responsible whale watching and marine conservation awareness
Supporting educational and outreach activities onboard

Passionate about marine wildlife and conservation
Comfortable speaking with the public and working in a team
Responsible, respectful, and motivated
Interested in ethical ecotourism and environmental education
Able to communicate in English (additional languages are appreciated)
Previous experience at sea is appreciated but not mandatory if you already have a relevant educational or environmental background.
