BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All our tours must be booked through our website. Prices are listed in Euro and include everything essential for your tour. All prices mentioned are per person. They don’t reflect the total cost of the trip.Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are made by card or on site.
The order becomes binding when you receive a written booking-confirmation from Wise Whale Project. Please ensure you have received the confirmation via official email or message before considering your booking confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- No-shows (failure to check in or board the vessel without prior notice) are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made via email to wisewhale.project@gmail.com
To ensure the operation of our tours a minimum number of participants is required:
- Dolphins Tours: minimum 4 participants
- Sailing Tours: minimum 6 participants
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to reschedule the trip. You will be contacted in advance in such cases.
WEATHER AND TOUR CONDITIONS
Safety is our highest priority. Cancellations are a decision made by our captain for safety reasons. If the captain decides to cancel a tour due to rough seas, you will receive a full refund. We aim to provide cancellation notices at least 24 hours in advance, but unforeseen circumstances may require a later cancellation.
MEETING TIME
Guests must arrive at the meeting point latest 20 minutes before departure. Please be on time, as missed departures are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
Safety, Participation & Guest Responsibility
- All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
- Guests must be physically capable of participating in the tour.
- Notify us in advance if you have:
- Severe motion sickness
- Limited mobility
- Pregnancy (consult your physician before participating)
- Children:
- Must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
Use of Guest Photos
By participating in our tours, you grant Wise Whale Project the right to use photos or videos taken onboard (where you may appear) for marketing purposes and research unless you request otherwise.
