1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Wise Whale Project operates whale-watching and marine research experiences in accordance with Morocco maritime regulations.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
Prices are listed in Euros (€).
3. Cancellations & Weather Policy
Client cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure may be rescheduled or refunded.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Company cancellations:
Trips may be cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, safety, or operational reasons. In this case, clients may choose rescheduling or a full refund.
4. Wildlife Disclaimer
Wise Whale Project operates in a natural environment.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds are provided based solely on the absence of specific species sightings.
5. Safety & Responsibility
Participants must follow crew instructions at all times.
Wise Whale Project may refuse participation if safety is compromised.
Clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions before departure.
Participation is at the client’s own risk.
6. Liability
Wise Whale Project holds the insurance required under the Kingdom of Morocco law.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or delays caused by weather or maritime authorities. Liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
7. Research & Media
Trips may include marine research activities such as photo-identification.
Photos or videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you prefer not to appear in media content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
