1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Wise Whale Project operates whale-watching and marine research experiences in accordance with Morocco maritime regulations.
2. Bookings & Payments
All our tours must be booked through our website. Prices are listed in Euro and include everything essential for your tour. All prices mentioned are per person. They don’t reflect the total cost of the trip.Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are made by card or on site.
The order becomes binding when you receive a written booking-confirmation from Wise Whale Project. Please ensure you have received the confirmation via official email or message before considering your booking confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Weather Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
No-shows (failure to check in or board the vessel without prior notice) are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

Company cancellations:
Trips may be cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, safety, or operational reasons. In this case, clients may choose rescheduling or a full refund.
Certain activity may require a minimum number of participants.If the minimum is not reached, Wise Whale Project reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the activity and offer an alternative date or refund.
4. WEATHER AND TOUR CONDITIONS
Safety is our highest priority. Cancellations are a decision made by our captain for safety reasons. If the captain decides to cancel a tour due to rough seas, you will receive a full refund. We aim to provide cancellation notices at least 24 hours in advance, but unforeseen circumstances may require a later cancellation.
5. Wildlife Disclaimer
Wise Whale Project operates in a natural environment.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds are provided based solely on the absence of specific species sightings.
6. MEETING TIME
Guests must arrive at the meeting point latest 20 minutes before departure. Please be on time, as missed departures are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
7. Safety & Responsibility
Participants must follow crew instructions at all times.
Wise Whale Project may refuse participation if safety is compromised.
Guests must be physically capable of participating in the tour.
Notify us in advance if you have:
Severe motion sickness
Limited mobility
Pregnancy (consult your physician before participating)
Children: Must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
8. Liability
Wise Whale Project holds the insurance and permits required for the activities it operates. Insurance coverage and operational requirements may vary depending on the country and activity.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or delays caused by weather or maritime authorities. Liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
7. Research & Media
Trips may include marine research activities such as photo-identification, behavioural observation and citizen science data collection.
Photos or videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you prefer not to appear in media content.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect personal information only to manage your booking and communicate with you.
We do not sell or share your data with third parti.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the country where the service is provided.
